Michael H. Tunick, Ph.D.
Adjunct Professor - Drexel University
Michael Tunick, PhD is an adjunct professor of food science at Drexel University and spent most of his career conducting research at the USDA Eastern Regional Research Center (ERRC). Dr. Tunick's presentation will explore what growing, processing, distributing, and preparing food was like in 1876—and how innovations in science, technology, recipes, cookbooks, and education have transformed the way we produce and enjoy food today.
