FOOD TECHNOLOGIST - Seasoning & Flavor Development

The Food Source International (TFSI) is seeking a full time Food Technologist – Seasoning & Flavor Development who will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing dry seasoning and flavor blends for a wide range of food applications. This role blends culinary creativity with food science to deliver consistent, high-quality flavor systems that meet customer, regulatory, and operational requirements.
This position supports the Research & Development team through hands-on formulation, sensory evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about creating scalable, high-performing flavor systems.
