The Philadelphia IFT Suppliers’ Expo is being held on

COST TO EXHIBIT
$650 for a tabletop, 6ft x 30 inch draped table, 2 chairs, and company I.D. sign
 

ELECTRICITY: If your company requires electricity, choose your table around the perimeter of the room; you can pay for it with your registration fee.

DOOR PRIZES: Door prizes are welcome. You can purchase a gift card from us or bring your own gift with or without your company name on it.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorships begin as low as $150. Your contribution helps fund the scholarships that Philadelphia IFT awards each year. In 2024,  $18,000 was awarded to students and the Universities (Drexel University, University of Delaware, and Delaware Valley University). This was all made possible from the 2023 Suppliers Expo.

3:30 pm – 6:30 PM – Philadelphia IFT Suppliers ExpoSocial

4:30 PM – Cash Bar

5:30 PM – Food Stations to enjoy while meeting with exhibitors

EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN / SET-UP TIME

12:00 PM – 3:15 PM – Exhibitor Check-in Exhibitors set up their tables.  If you attend the seminar you may arrive earlier to set up. There will be dollies available to bring your materials to your table.

Your materials will be delivered directly to your table. Should they not be there when you arrive, please come see us at the Exhibitor Help Desk.

SHIPPING MATERIAL BACK TO YOUR COMPANY?

Please remember to bring completed prepaid Fed Ex or UPS forms for return shipment. If your material is ready to be picked up, simply bring it to the Philadelphia IFT Registration Area after the expo. We will make arrangements to have UPS and FED EX pick up your material the morning after.

REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is received in writing prior to August 12, 2024, registration fee less $150 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be given for any
cancellation request if received after August 12, 2024.

We are asking that you use your judgment regarding samples. Depending on your item/beverage, it will not need to be individually wrapped or sealed, but that you use healthy and safe measures.
