Requirements:
5-8 years experience in the beverage industry, and working with

Good written and oral communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field

Growing Food Manufacturer in Southern NJ. The company deals with about
200-300 new customers at any time with over 400 formulas.
Looking for Technical associate to help with all of the regulatory
paperwork.
Description: Daily responsibilities include:
1. Complete Customer Quality Questionnaires
2. Regulatory Documents-prepare regulatory documents at the direction of
Technical Director
3. Customer inquiries-research customer inquiries about products and
food regulations
4. Customer correspondence-compose letters to customers and maintain
customer files with all correspondence
5. Certificate of Analysis (COA): Assist with the preparation and
distribution of COA's to the customers that require them.
6. SSOP assist with the writing of SSOP for production areas
-Adding new customers every week.
Helping out with new customer paperwork for on boarding.
Different request will come in and the candidate will have to review
ingredients
Creating Labels and fielding all questions for customers
Job Requirements: Top 5 Requirements:
BA in food science, or biology, chemistry, micro OR 7+ years solid
experience

We seek an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee our
quality systems, food safety programs, environmental and regulatory
documentation function. Reporting to the Vice President this position
generally works 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
• As a hands-on Manager you will be responsible for inspections
(internal, external) on a daily basis. This may include sampling
finished product, raw materials, or equipment used during production or
storage.
• Ability to maintain extensive documentation for ISO, AIB, and
other regulatory agency
• Capable of maintaining, upgrading, and managing HAACP and
all food safety programs.
• Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and
interact with all departments (Production, Purchasing, Customer Service,
and Management).
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a Quality Control
function. Prior food manufacturing background is necessary.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Food Safety programs (AIB, Siliker) is
required.
• A four-year college degree (Food Science or Biology preferred) is
necessary. Equivalent work experience of 7+ years in related field may
substitute degree requirement. Course work in Microbiology is required.
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems is required (ISO, HAACP, AIB,
GMPs)
• Proficient knowledge and ability to use MS Office products.
