Cargill Corn Milling
Dan McElwee is a Technical Service Manager for
Cargill Corn Milling North America. Dan
graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Wittenberg University in 1993.
He started his career at Cargill shortly after
as a Quality Assurance Chemist at Cargill’s corn milling facility in
Dayton, Ohio before accepting a role in Technical Services in 1996. Dan lives in Troy, Ohio with his wife and 2
daughters and works with Cargill’s corn sweetener customers in the North East
portion of the United States.
Eric Ohlendorf is a Technical Service Manager for
Cargill Corn Milling. Eric graduated
from the University of Nebraska in 2001 with a B.S. degree in Biology and a
minor in Chemistry. He has worked at
Cargill since 2001 where his jobs have included Quality Assurance Chemist for a
lactic acid facility and Technical Service Specialist for Cargill Polyols. In his current role he collaborates with
Cargill’s sweetener customers in the Midwest.
Eric lives in Omaha, NE with his wife Jamie and their two daughters.
